StyTrix, including our AI models, software, and platform features, is owned by StyTrix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without permission.

• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools assist in generating fashion designs based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for other users
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party rights
• AI outputs should be reviewed and may require refinement for production use

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Non-refundable payments except as required by law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyTrix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
